FRIST WEEK
The first week we saw a practice about the keynotes, how to use it, and how to complain with sentences. I liked that topic it was interesting.
Also we learned complaining vocabulary, and we made writing about House & Home, this was about how we can improve the business and earn more money, then we saw some collocations like make a complaint or deal with a problem, and finally we saw the first conditional.
I think this unit was simple and easy, the vocabulary and complaining, But the problem is that we need to learn more vocabulary.
DIARY
SECOND WEEK
In those days we say the unit thirteen, and it is about productivity, the first reading it was about a car manufacturing and the revolution of the car industry.
We practiced with exercises using vocabulary, and the teacher show us many differences about adjectives and adverbs, how to use each one and some rules for using in sentences.
In my opinion this second week was simple, the adverbs, adjectives and all that it’s simple.

THERD WEEK
In the third week we practiced with the unit 14, we saw a reading titled a different perspective. I think we need more vocabulary for improve our English language, and with practicing there is going to learn and learn more the main topic was the second conditional unreal situation.
In my personal opinion the 3rd week was simple.
The productivity was fell because we ordered new machine 12 weeks ago and the staff installed incorrectly the equipment this caused an implementation delay.But now we installed correctly the equipment by this we could increase it by 5% the productivity in the next quarter.The quality-control department were reviewed the new equipment last month. Three weeks ago we had a staff shortage.Now we have to employ more staff and the problem was solved.
